I have been a practicing I-ACT licensed Colon Hydrotherapist since 2013. As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and awaken my clients to their bodies innate wisdom and ability to cleanse and heal; empowering them to live happier and healthier lives.

My first location, Windswept Wellness Center in O'Fallon, Illinois was opened up in 2017 and today is the highest Google ranked colon hydrotherapy business in the St. Louis and Metro East Areas, something that I have worked very diligently for and am proud of!  My second location, Waterswept Wellness in Kirkwood, Missouri was opened up in 2023 to better serve the St. Louis clientele.

A question that I get asked often is "what got you into colon hydrotherapy?" Back in 2013 despite having very healthy habits my health was suffering and becoming worse (this was due to BII (Breast Implant Illness; something that was unknown to me and I was in denial of until 2020).  I was seeing Dr. Yu at Prevention & Healing in St. Louis and he prescribed liver & gallbladder flushes.  I really didn't enjoy them and in an attempt to replace them somehow I was reading a book by Andreas Moritz "Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation".  When I came to the section on colon cleansing and colonics I was mesmerized; I had to try them immediately!  I had never heard of them but upon reading about them I was strangely drawn to the concept and I knew at that moment that I might also do this as a career.  I believe it is one of my callings in this lifetime.  Upon getting my first colonic I was AMAZED at how much better I felt, how much of my brain fog was lifted and how much energy I had the next day!  I promptly committed to a series of 6 and thus began my journey of cleaning colons. 

I absolutely LOVE every aspect of my calling and each client that I serve through colon hydrotherapy brings me joy!  I am very grateful to be doing work that brings me deep satisfaction and happiness and leaves each colon a much cleaner place!
