Ellen was amazing! She made my first time colonic as comfortable as possible with her great bedside manners. Ellen was very informative about the process. She was calming to me and did everything she could to relax me to help make the process easier. Made me feel so comfortable, educated me throughout the session, and gave a lovely abdominal massage with peppermint oil. After the colonic I felt lighter and improved mental clarity. I spent a significant time researching the colonic process. I found Ellen thru a colleague and I’m super impressed. From start to finish, Ellen was patient and explained everything. She has so much knowledge and assisted in relaxing during the session. If you follow the pre colonic instructions, you will maximize your results. As a 40 year old woman suffering from thyroid complications, I felt new after my first colonic. The burst of energy and reduction on belly bloat was everything I needed. 10/10 recommend Ellen!

I had a colonic session done before elsewhere and only had minimal results. I did the pre prep instructions Ellen provided and both of my sessions yielded great results. Ellen was very nice and welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout both of my sessions. I definitely recommend her and will be going back to Ellen again.

I've had a colonic in the past at another business and it wasn't good. Ellen was amazing the colonic was comfortable and the massage with Dana was just as good. I'll definitely be back
I had my first colonic with Ellen over a month ago. I was very nervous at first, but everything was explained very well in the booking process so I knew what to do to prepare and what to expect before I even step foot in the building. I just had my third cleanse today and it felt like I was visiting an old friend. Ellen talks you through the entire experience and makes it as comfortable as it can be while getting a colon cleanse. As far as results go, they were amazing. To save everyone from the dirty details, I was able to go more regularly and I even dropped 10 lbs since my first cleanse. My skin is clearer, my cravings and appetite aren’t as intense as they were, and my energy levels are always up after my cleanse. I highly recommend Windswept Wellness!
I recently experienced my first colonic with Ellen and I was not disappointed. She is wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and was very attentive to my personal needs. But from initial appt setup to when I walked out the door upon completion, everything was a breeze. Ellen is absolutely amazing!! First off, once you step food into the facility you feel at peace. It’s such a cozy place and calming. Ellen is so knowledgeable and coaches you through your entire processes to get you the best results. After my first session I left feeling like a new person. I wanted to do everything possible to make sure I stay healthy. I 100% recommended getting 2-3 sessions, I got amazing results after my 2nd session, it was a week after my first session. Oh yea, I ALSO LOST 5lbs within that week!!!! 😱. My mother joined me for my first session to see everything in person and now she is supper excited to book her own session.

I have been to other colonic facilities before and this one is hands down the best one I have ever had the pleasure of going to. They truly care about their clients!
Ellen was absolutely amazing! Her process is slightly different than previous colonics I’ve had which I think made it more effective. I was warm and comfortable through the entire process which was great because I tend to be cold and it allowed me to relax more. As for Ellen she was both knowledgeable and personable; it was like catching up with an old friend and I thoroughly enjoyed every step of the process.

My first experience was about a week ago. I felt so amazing and so relaxed after I left. I had the best nights sleep and my body was finally comfortable after my colonic. If you are considering getting Colon Hydrotherapy done, I strongly recommend going to Ellen at Windswept Wellness Center! I was so nervous and didn't know what to expect going into it, but she made me so comfortable during the whole procedure. She was so so helpful. While Ellen was doing the colonic, she talked to me about some of my health issues and gave me such great tips to improve them all. I left feeling very light, energetic and happy, partly from the effects the colonic and getting rid of all the toxins in my body, and partly because Ellen was so friendly and fun to talk to. I could not have had a better experience than the one I had with Ellen at Windswept Wellness Center!!

As uncomfortable as getting a colon cleanse can be, She makes the experience very comfortable, you actually feel like you're visiting a close friend or relative. She communicates all during the procedure so you know exactly what's going on and what to expect.
